General trading conditions

1. General/area of application
The following general trading conditions apply for the prospective customer to all between veron® the insurance brokers GmbH, in the following veron® mentioned, and contracts closed as well as to any use from veron® provided achievements, in particular consultation, computations, tariffs and other data. By the use of the performance of veron®, including the telephone consultation, these conditions apply as obligatorily agreed upon, as far as for something else expressly in writing agreed upon or legally compellingly prescribed is not. Opposing ones or of these general trading conditions deviating conditions do not apply. 2. Services veron®
veron® puts exclusively to final consumers free of charge noncommittal tariff and condition information of financial service and/or insurance offerers at the disposal. Due to its inquiry an overview of the different insurance and financial service products is provided for the prospective customer by transmission by results of comparison. For this the prospective customer must deliver and in agreement with the transmission of its data at the appropriate financial service and/or insurance offerers as the production of a concrete offer explain itself an appropriate inquiry by input of the necessary, but alone search criteria selected by him concerning the achievements wished by him. Due to his retrieval query the prospective customer receives offers from the appropriate financial service and/or insurance offerers to three, usually not-binding. The selection over the offer these financial service or insurance products offered by veron® attainable financial service and/or insurance offerer, that from as well as the methods to the determination of the who are applicable offerers is incumbent on alone veron®. The retrieval query is the offer of the prospective customer, which applies only by the transmission of the result of the data processing on the basis of the actually existing data as accepted. The concrete offers of the financial service and/or insurance offerers can deviate in individual cases due to certain individual constellations from the individual tariffs or conditions, which are calculated over veron® and made available. For contents and correctness of the offers alone the offerers are responsible. Possible a financial contract for services and/or insurance comes off exclusively directly between the prospective customer and the respective financial service and/or insurance companies. The acceptance and/or coming off of a concrete contract with an offerer cannot be guaranteed of veron® and not affected. Concerning this alone the respective financial service and/or insurance company decides in the a cell case. 3. Guarantee/adhesion
veron® is endeavored around completeness, correctness and constant actualization of the which is the basis data, but obligates not to these. The data, the information and documents exclusively come from the financial service and/or insurance offerers themselves, which are ready placed to the information resulting on it of veron® without guarantee for their contents and and computations. veron® no guarantee for correctness and completeness of the data, in particular not for the fact furthermore takes over that all financial service and/or insurance offerer present on the market are included into the comparison computation. The data determined due to the prospective customer inquiry are passed on directly and as immediately as possible to the financial service and/or insurance offerer selected in each case. veron® however no guarantee for the correct, complete and time near transmission of the data can take over and also not for the inlet of offers of the financial service and/or insurance offerers at the prospective customers. The use of the offered services by the prospective customer happens in each case on own risk. An adhesion through veron® is impossible, as far as veron® or one of its legal representatives or executing aides resolution or rough negligence does not have to represent. To that extent the rights of the prospective customer remain unaffected. 4. Use rules
The providing for the correctness and completeness of the data given in the retrieval query is incumbent on the prospective customer. For information due to wrong and incomplete data is responsible veron® in no case. In case of of deliberately untrue data of the prospective customer is justified veron® to exclude the prospective customer from the use of the news service as well as in particular the retrieval query leave rough and payment of damages demand. A commercial use of the information and computations is not permitted expressly. Only the final consumer the free use is permitted. Final consumers in the sense of these general trading conditions are the prospective customers, who also in the broadest sense not when mediators for insurance or financial service products or in the broadest sense not when offerers of such products are active. Making of - complete or partial - copies of veron® Internet applications or therein occurring data is expressly forbidden. Same applies also to the sales or every other kind of the spreading or publication of the computations provided with veron® Internet applications. For each case of the offence and under exclusion of the objection of the continuation connection a contractual penalty is raised at a value of € 10,000, 00. The asserting of further claims for damages remains of it unaffected. Furthermore any right to use with immediate effect expires with offences against these protection regulations. 5. Data security
The personal data entered by the prospective customer are stored and deleted when desired again (reference in accordance with § 28 exp. 1 BDSG). For the use and Weitervermittlung of his data at the insurance or financial service offerers, necessary for the treatment of the inquiries, the prospective customer gives his consent with delivery and sending off of the retrieval query (§ 3 TDDSG). 6. Final clause
If a clause of these general trading conditions should not be legally effective, the remaining clauses remain existing unaffected by it. On with veron® closed agreements application finds excluding German right. If the contracting party is a buyer in accordance with the commercial code, as area of jurisdiction Nuremberg (Federal Republic of Germany) is agreed upon.
